Processing Time
We do our very best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

In the event of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the USA. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Orlando, FL. While we do not offer international shipping at this time, we are open to considering special international shipping requests upon inquiry. Order Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package. We recommend signing up for text alerts USPS or UPS, to track your shipment in real time.

If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, as packages are sometimes delivered nearby.
  • If the package is confirmed stolen, you may need to contact local authorities and file a claim with your credit card company.

Monospun is not responsible for any delays once the package has been shipped and tracking updates have been generated. We are also not liable for delivery errors, or for lost or stolen packages after the package has been marked as delivered.

Secure Delivery Tips
To prevent theft, ensure your shipping location is secure. If you will be away, contact us at info@monospun.com to hold your order and ship it at a more convenient time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@monospun.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
For international orders upon request, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or customs duties. Monospun is not liable for customs delays, delivery errors, or lost packages after shipping and tracking have been generated. For assistance, email us at info@monospun.com.
